You can attempt to palpate her abdomen to see if you feel any puppies in there. With her due in the next 2 - 3 weeks, it isn't a bad idea to go ahead and have x-rays taken to verify the pregnancy, if she is pregnant your vet should be able to tell you how many pups she is carrying, which is helpful during delivery, that way you know for sure they that all the pups have been born and one hasn't gotten lodged in the birth canal.
Just an FYI, they do not do Ultrasounds on dogs, they do X-rays to confirm pregnancy. Is there any way to tell between a false pregnancy and true pregnancy in dogs without an ultrasound?
well can you wait the 2-3 weeks to find out ? if puppies come it's not a false pregnancy !
u should take her to the vet
If the pregnancy gets larger and larger every month, then it's a true pregnancy.
